Monday Workout.

Got up 6:30 AM.

Went to the gym.

Dumbell bench press - x5, top 50.

Lat Pull Down - x5, top 120

Shoulder Press x5, top 30

Bicep Curls x5, top 50

Triceps Extensions x5, top 45

Then a nice relaxing time in the hot tub. Overall a good day.

Oh and I made a nice Eggplant Lasagna. It was delicious.
